Ubiquity crashed while installing Lubuntu Bionic

Bug Description

Just performing a manual partitioning install using Lubuntu Bionic 20180306.1 amd64 and the installer crashed and generated this report. The only thing I did that may be "odd" is creating a SWAP partition during installation.
