Bug Description
Trying to use the option "boot from first hard drive" fails.
Tested with: Bionic daily amd64 server ISO dated 20180103
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install ubuntu server
2. Do the post-install reboot
3. Shutdown the system
4. Mount ISO + power on
5. select boot from first hard drive
Expected Result:
The system should boot normally from the first hard drive
Actual Result:
The system prints "Boot failed: press a key to retry..."

Are you able to boot from the hard drive without first booting from the cd? Are you testing this on real hardware, or a virtual machine?
