Bug Description

Installing Kubuntu artful Beta1 with OEM-Setup mode, the installer (ubiquity) window height exceeds the screen size but no scroll bar so the bottom was cut.

This problem happens only in OEM-Setup mode. In normal mode it is correct.

This problem couldn't be reproduced in further tests. May be a temporary status problem.
