Installer crashes when Region is Dhaka, Bangladesh

- if the region is Dhaka, Bangladesh - the installer crashes.
- it does not crash when the region is US

Here is some more details: I select US as region, and in keyboard - I selected Bangla. Instantly, installer crashed and this was produced:
