It looks like you had problems downloading packages required for the install. Please try again with a working network connection, or unplug from the network entirely so it will not try to use it.

Thanks Phillip for the point.
I have tried after a full networking connection after, but hit the same problem.
Live CD is perfectly booting up and tried to start "sudo ubiquity -d" from the CLI, but still
hung at the same point.
