Bug Description
Installing Ubuntu Mate 16.04.1 from Virtual Box 5.0.32 r112930 to a USB SanDisk Ultra Fit 128 GB USB 3.0.
Installation *seems* to still running (USB is working, used space in /target is increasing, etc), but install program got stuck to the "Who are you?" section.
I don't know what is happening, if the install is going on, etc.

Installation is going on "from the beginning".
I've been left with no info at all on what was happening for almost 1 hour!
That cannot be good, some sort of "Please wait" would be apreciated.
