Installing 16.10 on /sdb fails with "cannot install grub on /sda". Note that /sda is my data drive that were not and should not be altered during installation.
When asked where I want grub to be installed, I chose /sdb and pressed 'OK', but nothing happened. I had to end the installation with a cold boot, resulting in a broken system. |
