Bug Description

Enviroment: Xenial+stable overlay

Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS
Release: 16.04
Codename: xenial

HW: Toshiba portege Z30-A12T | Intel i5+intel graphics | SSD hd

Preconditions: have Xenial+ stableoverlay installed running u7&u8

Steps to reproduce:

1º Make an USB bootable with latest Yakkety image using Startup disk creator
2º Boot laptop from USB
3º Select your language and install Ubuntu
4º Select Download 3rd party...
5º Install Ubuntu 16.10 alngoside Ubuntu 16.04.1
6º Now move the greyslider bar and continue

Current result: An error window appears, pic attached. Then it sometimes open the disk manager or goes back to instalation type screen( but continue button is greyed and is not possible to install anymore).

Expected result: Installation should go on after resizing

Add info: it also fails for me even if greyslider bar wasn't moved at all
