Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

I was installing Xubuntu version 6.06.1 on a Mac G3 with a 350mhz processor and 384mb of ram. I was able to get to a desktop enviorment then i clicked on install and received this error.

Thanks for your report. This is also bug 57952, worked around in Xubuntu 7.04. You can work around this yourself by setting your system clock to a sensible value before starting the installer; it's probably set to something in 1904, which is a common failure mode on Macs.
