tried 2 times to install ubuntu but i get this error

It looks to me like one of your hard drives may be failing; please run a self-test and verify that the hardware is free of errors. You can do this by following https://help.ubuntu.com/16.04/ubuntu-help/disk-check.html; you can open "Disks" by hitting the Windows key on your computer and typing 'disks' from a live session.

If errors are reported, you may need to replace the hard drive to be able to continue installing Ubuntu without crashes. If no errors and reported, please report here and we can look more in depth into this issue.

Since this appears to be hardware error, it doesn't warrant a "Critical" importance; we'll redefine importance as needed when we know more.
