[xenial] Kubuntu installer crashes clicking "Continue" on the "Prepare" step

Just downloaded daily xenial/16.04 kubuntu live from January 11th, and the installer fail at step 2 "Prepare" when clicking the "Continue" button.
Reproducible: always.
System: Virtualbox 5.0.12
