Installer crashed while installing to BTRFS on an external (USB3) drive

Installing xenial from a live session into a USB3 drive. May be related to bug #1303790, though the fix there looks old enough to already be in the xenial installer.

Your installation medium is corrupt. You will need to recreate it and may want to verify it using the check disc option at the boot menu.
