Bug Description
used unetbootin to put lubuntu 15.04 on the thumb drive after the gtk usb creator failed without root-starting. after root starting the gtk usb creator it always had two files that failed to install correctly on the drive and would fail when a disk check was run or an install was started. aperrantly unetbootin dosnt fix the issue. though the image is fine, checked the md5 and it matched up before usb creation.

Your usb stick is corrupt; you will need to recreate it and may want to verify its integrity using the check disc option at the boot menu.
