Bug Description

A dbus.exceptions.DBusException is preventing me from even getting to install xubuntu 15.10.
Unfortunetely, I cannot open the Terminal nor use networking to report the bug.

Hopefully, the cause can be ascertained from this traceback: http://imgur.com/wHI1Yut

Please attach the files in /var/log after getting this error.
