Bug Description

After installing the daily image in virtualbox (4.3.28, in a wily host), the virtual machine should normally reboot.

Instead, the machine hangs with multiple I/O errors.
I have checked the ISO image's integrity with md5sum, so it cannot be a bad download.

A screenshot with the I/O errors is attached.

The error indicates that the installation medium is corrupt. If the image appears correct, then it must be read wrong inside the vm. Can you run the check disc option from the boot menu inside the vm?

I just did this. No errors are reported. "Check finished: no errors found".
