Bug Description

Helsinki, the capital of Finland is placed too far west on the timezone map, at least in the 15.04 installer. There is indeed a small village also named Helsinki (near Taivassalo) roughly where the pin shows, but that is not the same Helsinki.

This bug report is still relevant in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. Helsinki is still in the wrong place on the timezone map when running the Ubuntu installer.
