Prepare For End User icon missing from oem desktop mode

Bug Description
STEPS:
1. boot from latest image
2. When you see the keyboard tap space
3. Hit F4
4. Select oem mode
5. Tap the down arrow for install
6. Start the install running
7. Complete the install
8. You are presented with OEM mode
9. Note on the desktop there is no Prepare For End User icon
10. Open the dash and search for Prepare
EXPECTED:
I expect to see the Prepare For End User icon on the desktop
ACTUAL:
There is none visible on the desktop and none findable from the dash.

Turns out the iso image had got broken checksums didn't match.

Looks fine here both on hardware and in qemu VMs; on 20150417.
