Audio permanently muted in installer setup pages in oem mode

Bug Description
STEPS:
1. boot from latest image
2. When you see the keyboard tap space
3. Hit F4
4. Select oem mode
5. Tap the down arrow for install
6. Start the install running
7. On the installer page check the sound indicator
8. Try and unmute it
EXPECTED:
There is normally some drum noises when the install pages are available
ACTUAL:
There is no way to make the ubiquity installer session have audio

Turns out the iso had got messed up the checksums didn't match.

Looks fine here both on hardware and in qemu VMs; on 20150417.
