oem mode does not start installer in unity vivid

Bug Description
Launching today's live image of Ubuntu Unity vivid I press select at pre-boot screen F4 -> OEM. It boots into a display manager with showing only a username box to login. Ubiquity does not show. I can not log in with "ubuntu" and empty password at the DM or on linux console.
Booting without OEM mode ubiquity does show.
