Bug Description

Mon disque dur a arrêté de fonctionner pandent une mise à jour de Ubuntu et n'as jamais refonctionner . remplacer par un disque neuf de 250GB et pas capable de repartir même avec les disque riscovery de l.ordinateur .lordinateur est un hp pavillon 9907ca, 3GB de ram était sous windows vista et converti à Ubuntu14-0,processeur ADM Turion 64 X2

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Reviewing your log files attached to this bug report it seems that there is a problem with your installation media (CD/DVD or USB stick). Please retry your installation with new media and if it still fails I'd recommend testing your memory. In the event that is is not in fact an error with your installation media or hardware please set the bug's status back to New. Thanks and good luck!
