custom installation on GPT partitioned disks refers to Primary & Logical partitions

Bug #1330021 reported by Chris Murphy

Bug Description

1. Boot ubuntu-14.04-desktop-amd64.iso in a Virtual Box VM using UEFI.
2. Installation type: something else
3. click New Partition Table button
4. click free space then + button

Result: The "create partition" dialog contains a "Type for the new partition" distinguishing between Primary & Logical partitions.

Expected: Since this is UEFI installation, GPT partitioning is used, and therefore there's no such thing as Primary and Logical partitions. So this whole section of the UI shouldn't be present.

This problem still exists in Ubuntu 20.04 Desktop. Selecting either "primary" or "logical" partition types works fine, but the distinction is meaningless for GPT, and asking for the partition type could be confusing to users who aren't expecting it -- they might not understand the difference or they might be misled into thinking that the partition table is of the MBR type, when in fact it's GPT.
