Installer fails to start

Updated image.

At boot the Keyboard/Human screen is missing - appears to be a small rectangular box in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Image boots directly to the desktop, no Try or Install choice shown

Once at the desktop, the install launcher fails to start the install.

Today - I get no language screen, no choice between try or install - but the installer does install.
