Bug Description
In live session, final dialog offers:
- continue using live session
- reboot now
In ubiquity-only mode, final dialog offers:
- reboot now
Both of these should offer "shutdown only" option as well.

Specification updated. Since the update is pending approval, I’m attaching the wireframe here too. I recommend that this choice be presented in a final screen in the main installer window (with “Go Back” and “Continue” disabled), rather than a separate dialog.
