No Russian language after install Ubuntu 14.04 daily build

Bug Description
Ubuntu Desktop 64-bit 14.04 daily buid 27.02.2014 installing in Microsoft Hyper-V 2008 R2 SP1. After install i'n have English language, but i'm choose Russian in installation manager.

It appears there was no network connectivity during installation to
download Russian Language Pack.
Please make sure there is internet connectivity during installation,
alternatively execute this action (first button) which should download
necessary Russian Language Packs and upon reboot most things should be
in Russian.
The dialogue you see, and the installer are typically high priority
for translators, as we cache all strings in all languages needed to
assist users in installing additional language support. I will follow
up with translations team to check why this is not translated into
Russian yet.
