Login name (username) and password fields have redundant labels

As shown in <https://plus.google.com/photos/105922848292507689403/albums/5802133545673972321/5802133606303644226?banner=pwa&pid=5802133606303644226&oid=105922848292507689403>, the "Pick a username", "Choose a password", and "Confirm your password" fields have labels both inside and outside the fields.

They would be simpler and clearer with just the labels outside the fields.

Whilst it was removed from the glade-ui file, ubi-usersetup.py plugin still forcibly fetched translation strings and set the values at runtime.
