burnt DVD but cannot install ubuntu

Bug Description
After downloading burnt ubuntu 13.10 but could not install. Files are not shown in the DVD either though about 4GB has been used up.

Images for the DVD are usually around 1GB, so 4GB seems a little high. Could you please tell us more about which version of Ubuntu you've downloaded, and where? A full version name is important, since, for example, the Edubuntu DVDs may be substancially bigger than others we provide.
