istallazione ubuntu 12.04 LTS da pendrive usb - errore configurazione apt per cdrom

Bug Description
quando si istalla ubuntu 12.04 lts da penna usb..
penna creata con unetbootin con immagine iso ubuntu 12.10 LTS della comunità.
l'istallazione si blocca con errore configurazione apt per prendere pacchetti da cdrom.
la versione live invece funziona correttamente.
Come si può correggere la cosa e ultimare l'installazione ?
