Re-enter wifi password dialog not translated during German isntall

Bug Description

During install of Kubuntu 13.10 in German, I mis-entered a wifi password during the Funknetzwwek (wireless) step of the install. The dialog that opened that said I had to enter my password was in English.

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
