Tried an alternative.

Command line sudo killall ubiquity.

Command line sudo ubiquity

"top" showed ubiquity activity continuing.

46 seconds later the ubiquity Install window showed up.

Experience yesterday install will complete from that point.

Why doesn opening the install window, ubiquity starts, then stalls?
