Bug Description
When installing Lubuntu 13.10 beta 1 yesterday, installer window informed me that a Net connection was needed for installation, but indicated that a connection was not up (which is natural since it cannot know my DSL username/password yet).
However it does not give the user any option to create a Net connection by giving details. Simply informing that connection to the Net was not there isn't helpful. I had to open a terminal and create a connection by invoking nm-connection-
The installer should not only indicate whether Net is up or down, but in the latter case also provide a dialogue to create a new connection.
