Ubiquity crashes on installation.

The crash happens on the live cd installer. That is that I booted into a live environment then clicked on the "Install Ubuntu 12.04LTS" icon. The installer progress bar looked like it was finished installing and then the installer crashed.

Your system encountered multiple segfaults during the installation process which is rather abnormal. I'd run a test of your memory to ensure nothing is wrong with your hardware.
