grub install fail at initial ubuntu install

disks sda through sdd are GPT disks (for zfs). disk sde is the system boot disk, but grub wants to install on sda at first... bios is set to boot from sde...

Tried it two times. The third time, moved the SATA-connection of the boot disk before the 4 other disks, so the installation HDD becomes sda: this installation succeeded.
