Bug Description

Binary package hint: reportbug

You have a 3 partitions on your system :
/dev/sda1(swap)->2G
/dev/sda2(/) -> 17G
/dev/sda3(/home)-> 100G

On instalation process step 4 by 7 (manual partition edit), you click on /dev/sda2 to assign to root partition and its OK, no error here.
But when you click on /dev/sda3 to assign to /home, check partition size, its the same last partition editing 17000M.
If you agree, you will lost your partition forever, because resize will make changes and create a new one.
To resolv you need to repeat the number showed in the GRID and dont trust in numbers showed in form.

I used DVD version of Feisty (final version) and do not test CD version.
Please check at all, its SERIOUS PROBLEM.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.
