Bug Description
Downloaded 13.04 daily build, ran off USB Stick, chose to install all updates and the mp3 plugin. I chose to upgrade from 12.10 to 13.04. it failed to restore my installed appps because of "ubiquity" and the installation continued until it finished. I'm typing this off the live usb now so I don't know what will happen if I reboot.
