after 59% Ubiquity presenting an enno5 input/output error dialog and crash

Bug Description

Dear Developers,

I wrote two DVD+RW media the actual awailable current daily-live CD of Ubuntu 13.04, and want installing the system. Both two media test I pressed a key during CD boot and select "Try Ubuntu without installing" menu item.
During installation the copying happening about 59%, but after the progress bar leave the 59% percentage, a general error dialog presented with shows errno 5 input/output error. The second media with I tested an original DVD+RW disc, I newer used this disc.
My partitions is following, sudo fdisk -l /dev/sda says following:

The dev/sda9 real a Crypt-luks partition, and I want both two installation trying the /dev/sda10 partition.

Hy,

Third test, results equals:
I booted the daily Ubuntu 13.04 ISO with an USB pendrive (direct ISO
boot from grub2). After 59% I get errno5 input/output error too.
I attaching the drbug log.

Ubuntu 12.10 fine installed my /dev/sda10 partition with same DVD+RW
media. Do-release-upgrade -d command fine upgraded my 12.10 installation
with Ubuntu 13.04 actual development release.
So absolute sure I think have Ubiquity a bug with producing this I/O
error after the copy operation leave the 59% percentage.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. If you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once:
apport-collect 1095595

and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
