[new-partitioner] more choices for partition size units

Bug Description

Currently the partitioner in the kubuntu 7.04 installer only allows partition sizes to be specified in SI MB units (1000^3 bytes). It should have more choices in the units that can be used, such as GB (1000^4 bytes) and also MiB (1024^3 bytes) and GiB (1024^4 bytes) units.

See #120123. It's not just a question of choice, the current display appears to be wrong.

But since hard disks are measured in base 10 units, that really ought to be the default.
