Bug Description
Tried to install Ubuntu 12.10 on the Windows 8 partition, with the first option at the menu, something like "Install over Windows 8". My HDD was split in 2 partitions (500Gb) 400Gb for Windows 7 and 100Gb for WIndows 8. And I was pretty sure that it was saying Windows 8, not the whole hdd. I'm using Dell Studio 1458 (notebook), Core i5 M450, 6Gb RAM, 500Gb HDD, video card Radeon HD4580.
