If slideshow isn't installed, install window resizes to a small window

Bug Description

Since we with the Ubuntu GNOME Remix didn't get an installer slideshow done early enough so that translators could work on it, we will probably ship our release without a slideshow.

Once ubiquity gets to the install phase, ubiquity resizes to fit the string size. This looks especially bad at certain parts of the install process as the window resizes multiple times in a row to fit the changing strings. Screenshot attached.

What should happen
================
I think the install window should stay the same size.

Alternatively, I guess we could do a one-page image only slideshow or similar.
