Bug Description

1. install precise-i386-desktop from 12.04.1 image
2. boot quantal-i386-desktop 20120925 (beta2) image and start the installer

The install options I have are:
* Upgrade Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS to Ubuntu 12.10
* Erase Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS and reinstall
* Something else

Expected:
* There should also be an option to install Ubuntu 12.10 alongside Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
