Ubiquity tries/asks user to unmount the install media when installing from USB key

Bug Description
Present in at least 12.04 and 12.10 when installing using a USB key.
Installer asks if it can unmount /dev/sdb1 before the partitioning step which is confusing.
Installer should know it's running from there and not ask user this question.
