Bug Description
I tried choosing the Kolkata time zone by clicking on the map. When I chose to click on the center of the Indian map, the location chosen was Kathmandu (Screenshot 1). When clicked on the west region of the Indian map, the location selected was Karachi (Screenshot 2). When clicked on the south region of the Indian map, the location selected was Colombo (Screenshot 3). And to choose Kolkata, I was expected to click just around the actual location of the city (Screenshot 4) though India has just one time zone and it is recognized as the Kolkata time zone. It can surely mislead an unassuming user, who will probably try chosing the location with a click somewhere/anywhere on the Indian map. I do not know if this is the case with other regions on the map.
Again, if one keeps the mouse intact and makes multiple clicks with enough time for location to be chosen each time, different locations are selected.
