Bug Description

This isn't so much a bug, more a cool idea taken from here: http://www.reddit.com/r/Ubuntu/comments/z3s57/community_contest_wallpapers_landed_in_ubuntu_1210/c61f3ah

I lack the chops myself to get this working, but I think it would excite users to be able to change their background during the install, updating the one on the live cd/usb and then setting it as the background when the users logs in. This would be a nice thing to do while the installer is ticking away and the user is idle.
