Bug Description
When installing kubuntu 12.04 from a cd then try kubuntu, when I click on the install icon on the desktop, the rest of the desktop is unnecessarily blocked from being accessed while the install window is up. There is no reason for this as it blocks the user from doing other useful things during install, and last I checked, ubuntu did not do this.
