Ubiquity doesn't install full language support

Bug Description

After installation, upon booting language support dialogs informs the following packages are not installed:

wbritish
myspell-en-au
myspell-en-gb
myspell-en-za
openoffice.org-hyphenation
hyphen-en-us
mythes-en-us
poppler-data
thunderbird-locale-en
thunderbird-locale-en-us
