NonLanguagePackTranslationDeadline exception request

Binary package hint: ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu

Due to the UI freeze exception request (bug 447383) being granted after NonLanguagePackDeadline, translators were left with no time to do their work before NonLanguagePackTranslationDeadline.

After speaking with pitti, I'd like to ask for an exception to NonLanguagePackTranslationDeadline for ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu, so that translations are still included in the LiveCD.

This would mean:

* Doing a final export of translations either before (21st) or after the RC (23rd), whatever works best for the release and installer teams, while still ensuring that translations are on the LiveCD
* Notifying ubuntu-translators about the new deadline (I would take care of that)
* Accepting an upload of ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu with the new translations

Yes, if the only changes are added translations, we can fit this after RC.

This should be ideally uploaded next Thursday (22nd) or Friday (23rd), so that we can accept it from the queue immediately after the RC release.

After speaking to Evan, the following would work for the ubuntu-installer team:

* Exporting translations and uploading a new version only with translations changes on the 22nd, as soon as the RC is out of the door.

For translators, the relevant date is that of the export, so I'll go ahead and announce it.
