UI Freeze and Beta Freeze exception for ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu 7

Please accept this set of changes for ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu 7. This replaces a page for Add/Remove programs with one for the new software store, mentions the official Ubuntu support page rather than Ubuntu Forums, and explicitly mentions the 9.10 release of Ubuntu.

The beta period is important here to collect useful feedback, which this particular project has really benefitted from so far. Having an up to date package shipped with the beta would be beautiful, since the fixes cover the main sources of dissatisfaction that were in previous releases :)

    is entirely changed and should be translated again at some point. (Sorry,
    translators!) welcome.html and documentation.html are not quite as major,
    but if they were translated word-for-word they could probably use a
    do-over.
