README.Debian has incorrect information

Bug Description

Since u-boot-nezha replaced nezha-boot0 we don't create any *.toc1 file anymore but install file u-boot-sunxi-with-spl.bin. This should be reflected by the README.Debian file.

u-boot-nezha 2024.01~rc1-190-g2e89b706f5-0ubuntu2 is available in ppa:xypron/merge-from-debian.

This looks like a typo, maybe an earlier version said ff and it was intended to be replaced with 256?
