Bug Description

The West Australian Government has introduced Daylight savings, starting 3rd December clocks will be put forward 1 hour, making WA UTC+0900.

DST will be trialled for 3 summers. Clocks set forward on 03/12/2006. Clocks set back on 24/03/2007.
