Hello
The timezone for Argentina is not correct. Ubuntu 9.04 automatically displays (GMT -3 south winter / GMT -2 south summer) but for the summer 2009/2010 Argentina didn't introduced the daily saving time.
The correct setting should be (GMT -3) for the whole year long.
