Binary package hint: tzdata

Morocco has finally decided to end summer time on September 1st 2008 at 0:00 (or August 31st 2008 at 24:00 or 12am)

tzdata needs update regarding to this recent change (this has been decided on August 22nd)

This is fixed upstream with tzdata 2008f (released 9/15)
